Peter & Will Anderson Trio at Harwood Museum

At the young age of 15 they toured the United Kingdom, playing traditional jazz, swing and bebop. They attended Juilliard in New York City, and have performed with Wynton Marsalis, Jimmy Heath, Wycliffe Gordon and the Village Vanguard Orchestra. They’ve headlined at New York’s Jazz at Lincoln Center, the New Orleans Jazz Fest, Sarasota FL Jazz Festival, South Carolina’s Jazz Corner, Seattle’s Triple Door, and Iowa’s Bix Beiderbecke Festival. Their debut recording of original compositions, Correspondence was listed by Vanity Fair magazine in “Four New Releases to Make You Love Jazz.” The Anderson’s Trio recently released Reed Reflections, which the Washington Post calls “imaginatively unfolding in ways that consistently bring a fresh perspective to classic jazz tunes.” In 2013, they produced and performed in an Off-Broadway jazz show, Le Jazz Hot, which broke box office sales and was nominated for a Drama Desk award...
